What is the difference between Irish breakfast tea and Earl Grey?Irish Breakfast Tea: A robust, malty black tea blend, often with a strong Assam base. It’s meant to pair well with milk and sugar, making it ideal for a hearty breakfast. Earl Grey: A black tea flavored with oil of bergamot (a citrus fruit), giving it a floral, citrusy aroma and lighter flavor. It’s typically enjoyed without milk, although some add a splash.
