  • What is the difference between Irish breakfast tea and Earl Grey?
    Irish Breakfast Tea: A robust, malty black tea blend, often with a strong Assam base. It’s meant to pair well with milk and sugar, making it ideal for a hearty breakfast. Earl Grey: A black tea flavored with oil of bergamot (a citrus fruit), giving it a floral, citrusy aroma and lighter flavor. It’s typically enjoyed without milk, although some add a splash.
  • How do I store loose-leaf tea?
    In an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture.
  • What water temperature should I use?
    White: 160–185°F | Green: 160–180°F | Black: 200–212°F | Herbal: 200–212°F.
  • Can I re-steep the leaves?
    Yes, 2–5 times for high-quality teas like green, oolong, and pu-erh.
  • Why does my tea taste bitter?
    Steeped too long
  • How long before my order is shipped
    We ship 1 -3 days once order is received and ship two days priority mail
  • Can I add milk or sweeteners?
    Yes, especially to black tea, chai, or rooibos. Adding Milk is not recommended for white or green teas

    Try mild teas like jasmine green, rooibos, or light tasting herbals
  • How are the soaps fragranced?
    All soaps are infused with pure essential oils for a light and therapeutic scent. Helpful for those sensitive to strong fragrances or have allergies
  • What’s the difference between loose-leaf tea and tea bags?
    Loose-leaf has higher quality leaves and fuller flavor.
  • Do you have gift options?
    Yes, try our small tea ouches with just 8 cups and a tea ball. Can be sent in a gift box along with some other items

    No not at this time
  • Do you have caffeine-free options?
    Yes! Herbal teas like chamomile, peppermint, and rooibos.
  • What tea has the most caffeine?
    Black tea and matcha.
  • What soap is good for dry skin?
    All of our soaps are ideal for all skin types, especially dry skin.
  • How much tea should I use per cup?
    1 teaspoon per 8 oz of water (adjust to taste).
  • What’s the best tea for digestion or relaxation?
    Digestion: Ginger, peppermint, pu-erh. Relaxation: Chamomile, lavender, or rooibos.
  • Can I use the all in one powder as a foot powder?
    Yes, it is for all over the body as well as a dry shampoo
